Source Colorado Springs Media Kit Asset Terms of Use

By accessing, downloading, requesting, receiving, or using any photography or video assets
provided through the Source Colorado Springs website, media kit, or Colorado Springs
Chamber & EDC distribution channels, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.

1. Ownership and Copyright
All photography and video assets included in the Source Colorado Springs media kit are
protected by United States copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of Matt
Nager Photography, LLC, unless otherwise noted.
No ownership rights are transferred to users, partners, organizations, media outlets, or any
third party through receipt or use of these assets.

2. License Grant
Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC / Source Colorado Springs has been granted a limited,
non-exclusive license to distribute designated assets for approved uses.
Territory: Use is restricted exclusively to the United States of America.
Approved Media Channels:
– Organic social media posts
– Websites
– Email communications
– Printed brochures
– Reports
– Presentation decks
– Promotional materials
Prohibited Media Channels:
– Billboards
– Television advertising

– Streaming advertisements
– Paid Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, or similar advertising
– Paid digital advertising of any kind
– Commercial product advertising
– Outdoor media placements
– Any other paid media placements
License Term: July 10, 2026 – July 10, 2028.

3. Authorized Third-Party Use
Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC / Source Colorado Springs may provide approved assets
to regional business partners, member organizations, and accredited U.S. media outlets.
Approved Uses:
A. Non-Paid Corporate Promotion
B. Talent Recruitment
C. Business-to-Business Marketing
D. Editorial and Public Relations Coverage

4. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
– Independent commercial advertising campaigns
– Paid digital advertising
– Paid social media campaigns
– Television or radio commercials
– Re-licensing or sublicensing
– Removal of copyright information or required credits
– Use outside the United States
– Use outside the approved categories listed in these Terms

5. Media Credit Requirements
When any image is provided to or used by a news media outlet, the following credit is
mandatory and must appear exactly as written:

6. License Expiration and Asset Removal
Expiration Date: July 10, 2028.

Assets must be removed from active marketing uses including website homepages, banners,
landing pages, recruitment campaigns, and future print materials.

Historical Archive Exception:
Assets may remain in archived blog posts, historical social media posts, annual reports,
PDFs, and historical news coverage.

8. Partner Notification Upon Expiration
As of July 10, 2028, the usage license for the 2026 Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC /
Source Colorado Springs Asset Campaign has expired. Please remove these images and
videos from active digital rotations, website carousels, landing pages, recruitment
campaigns, and future print materials. Continued use may result in copyright licensing fees
or enforcement actions by the creator.

9. Termination of Access
Source Colorado Springs reserves the right to revoke access to any media assets
immediately if these Terms are violated.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, requesting, or using any Source Colorado Springs media kit
photography or video assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
comply with these Terms of Use.
